Kiwi’s New Life Bird Rescue

Kiwi's New Life Bird Rescue Inc. is a registered not for profit organisation located in Wandin North, Victoria that rescues lost, abandoned, or neglected domestic birds.  They aim to reunite lost birds with their owners, responsibly re-home surrendered, neglected, or abused birds, and educate the public on responsible ownership of these beautiful, intelligent creatures.

They are run solely on donations and volunteer help, and are a DGR (deductible gift recipient) which means your donations are tax deductible. Plus, 100% of donations goes toward food, enrichment, supplies, medicines, and vet care.

G’Day Birdie Sanctuary

They specialize in the care and rehabilitation of small bird species, providing a safe haven for birds that are lost, surrendered, or rescued from unsafe situations.

Their Mission is to provide the highest quality care to all small birds. G'Day Birdie Sanctuary is passionate about engaging and stimulating the minds of small bird species, by providing opportunities for free-flight, foraging, playing, and socialising.

Unique Beaks Sanctuary

Unique Beaks Sanctuary is a registered non-profit rescue in Melbourne, Victoria, dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and providing veterinary care for special needs and abandoned parrots, pigeons, and ducks. They also offer products like chop toppers and sprouting mixes for bird owners. 

Their mission encompasses raising awareness about issues such as duck dumping and promoting enrichment for birds living in captivity. To support their efforts, Unique Beaks Sanctuary engages in fundraising activities, with all proceeds directed toward veterinary care, feeding, bedding, toys, enclosures, and other necessities for their avian residents.

Lazzi’s Legacy Bird Rescue & Sanctuary

Lazzi's Legacy Bird Rescue & Sanctuary Inc. is a Registered Charity in South-East Victoria that is dedicated to Rescuing, Rehabilitating and Rehoming Budgerigars.

Their focus is on birds that may need rehabilitation prior to rehoming, and aim to help birds that may be in a difficult situation, especially those requiring urgent medical care. Their main focus is budgies, but will help other small bird species.

They provide sanctuary for elderly birds who need a safe space to live out their lives, and provide palliative care to those needed.
